Test the difference in scores when playing songs at 1x vs. 2x

What exactly do scores have to do with science?

Send me a Blueshark so we can see how the quality of the pad is related to my scores.

I already made a graph for you as a sign of my dedication to this project.

Test calories burned to jumps in a song. You can use workout mode for that.

That won't work, because Workout Mode is terribly flawed.

1. Pop in MAX or MAX 2.
2. Go to Training mode.
3. Adjust song timing, and quantify pitch-changes.
4. Write a paper documenting all of your "AA" or better records. Yes, for your teacher.

Oh dude I did something like this back in 7th grade.
It was one of those "Measuring Heart Rate" experiments.
If this is for high school, I highly recommend you to do something more productive rather than base it on DDR.

This is what I did..(As far as I can remember)
I wrote the songs that I played and how many steps there were in it to show how "intense" the work out is. (Like steps/minute or steps/how ever long the song is)

Record your heart rate BEFORE the activity to get the control heart for all experiments.

Then after each song, I recorded my heart rate to show how the hard songs make you have a stroke, and the easy songs are boring as hell. (Well not really that, but yeah.)

And then compare it to some different activities like soccer, baseball, swimming, etc.

I don't know what the PURPOSE of this lab is, but I got a B or better on this assignment since every one was like WTF IS DDR?! :O~

ALSO! For part II of the lab,
measure the calories burnt from various activities...
Wait is that even possible to measure? XD hahaha.

Yeah have fun with it man.

If I was in middle school and wanted to impress the teacher, I say do something like finding the equivalence point of HCl and NaOH through titration. (Not that hard since all you gotta do is get the solutions, dilute it to about 0.100M, and get some phenolphthlein as an indicator.) If you know what I'm talking aobut. xD

Silly newbie, DDR has nothing to do with music.

Oh f.xfm. i totally missed the "music in science" part.
What the hell..? Music in science?
That's kinda strange. (Not to mention eccentric)
Any way, use the idea i gave you if you're allowed to do that, but if not just f it. ahhaa

Which science are you referring to? There's different types of science and for what grade are you planning to hand this project to?

From his level of english presented in his typing and ability of titling threads, I'm guessing he's in middle school or lower.

So I doubt that this kid is required to do an experiment on sound waves. I mean how are you even supposed to use DDR to measure sound waves? (Or the frequency)
(Well of course with the proper equipment it'll be easy, but without it, it's impossible)

Actually I'm a 17 year old Highschool student with a 4.0 grade average KenG>j00. Your ablilty to deduce who I am by such little evidence (level of english, typing, titling threads) doesn't measure may intellect nor what grade I am curently enrolled in. I won't hold that against you, and I appreciate your feedback if you happen to provide me with any. riiight.gif
