Is the Guitar freaks controller the same on PS2??

I bought a GF controller for my PS a loooonnng time ago (about 8 years I think?!)
I only played the 1st and 2nd mix, now I wanna play GF on PS2, so is the controller same as the one on PS? E19.gif

Also, yes. I think the design is ever so slightly different, but it should still work.
