Ok, so I'm new here first off. I realize this might sound noob-ish, but here goes anyway:

I have a Vortz Foam-insert pad that I used for PS2 when I owned one. It was great for me, because I haven't gotten past 6 footers in DDR and I used it all the time for DDRMAX and Extreme 2.

I recently got rid of my PS2 and ALL of my games to trade up to a 360. I have Universe on pre-order, but I don't want to go back to using the poopy softpad.

Is there a USB converter that MIGHT work for the 360? Either that or i'll have to mod my softpad that comes with the bundle.

I asked the same question a while ago, most of the people said it probably wouldn't work, since it wasn't built for the 360. But I bet if the EMS USB 2 works on the PS2/PS3 that it can work on the 360 too. But don't exactly take my word for it, I'm just theorizing.

EDIT: *smacks you on the face* Why in the heck would you give up your PS2 for a 360?!?!? I have both and I honestly play my PS2 more. You just gave up an excellent system, plus 5 DDR games you can never play again! Didn't you know the PS2 was DDR's home base?

Yes, i knew.

Main reason is that I work as a reviewer for a series of websites (www.e-mpire.com) and was running out of titles soon to review. I'll end up buying another PS2 when they become cheaper and I work at a game store, so the games (especially DDR) are no problem for me to find.

Plus Universe will have quite a few downloadable song packs in the future, Konami plans on supporting it quite a bit (press contacts @ Konami, being a member of the press rocks)

Thx for the help biggrin.gif

DTG might make pads compatible with xbox 360, if it's feasible.

If nothing else works, a modded softpad can get a DDR player through pretty much any song out there, if done right. Even a very poorly modded softpad can get me through HdV [heavy], if that puts it into any perspective.
