Sorry. I'm talking Vancouver, B.C.

I'm just wondering if any of you who have one would let me give it a try.

Hint to ArvinG. E13.gif

I want to buy a metal pad, but it's hard to make a choice without ever trying them.

I'm relatively a DDR Newb by the way.

Actually, shouldn't this be posted in the Canada forum?
Chances are you'd get more replies.

British Columbians don't post on forums, silly. E15.gif

Seriously, the Vancouver, BC scene is huge.

If it was WA, I'd just bring the DT600 proto over when I finish it and let you give it a shot.

I'd go for a cobalt flux.
Its nice, its cheaper than the blueshark, and it is more known and your better off with CF because its got better customer service.

CF has customer service?

Is there a password? E13.gif

Haha, yeah dude that's what I'm wondering. It's been seriously like what? 2 months and they haven't responded to my non-working pad question. At the moment I'd say:

Blueshark > CF

Haha....the battle between the blueshark and cf is far from over apparently!

Well that depends, I live in coquitlam, and I'm not sure my mom would let a stranger into the house o.o

Oh, hey, since there seems to be lots of Canadians here already, do any of you guys know a) the exact US -> Canadian conversion ratio and b) if PayPal charges to convert it?

you can get conversions from google... search for something like "100 usd in cad" and it'll convert it for you. but if you're curious, 1 usd = 1.11815 cad; 1 cad = 0.84638 usd.

Okay.

So, for all you Canadians, it's actually $55.9075 for a DT600.
I'll only take exact change, so you better find some .75 cent pieces stat!

jk, If PayPal charges something, this might be different, but anyone from Canada who intends to buy a DTG pad can just add on 10%; we'll leave the other 1.815% to you as a "thank you" for your international trade. E13.gif

If paypal does have a charge and it's really ridiculous, I'll get a separate account for Canadian moneys, since I'm sure we'll have more than a handful of sales in Canada.

whoops, sorry for the threadjack. E2.gif
Semi-relevant, I guess.
