I dont know if this is the right place for this question but ill ask it anyway.
I see that there are people who so remixes of many DDR song and it so cool. I wanted to know if anyone knew how i would be able to do the same thing so i can also make songs for dtepmania? and if i can what programs can i use that are free?Thanx

There are actually quite a few programs that you can use produce music.

I use FL Studio personally, as does DM Ashura (lol namedrop). Sony Soundforge, Sony ACID, and Reason are also some good ones. Google around for some of them, I'm sure you'll find something worthwhile.

As far as remixing songs, if you want to get some authentic sounding remixes going, hit up Alis in #bemaniso on IRC server popn.cjb.net. He's got pretty much every Beatmania/IIDX/Pop'n keysound there is, and he's really friendly about sharing his FTP.
