Arcade style pad

I plan on building a riptide pad and I want it to as arcade like as possible, I've found out alot but still need to know some things
How tall is the trick bar, and how thick is it?
How thick are the step panels and what is it made from, acrylic or lexan?
Should I use screws fors switches, or buy replacment sensors, whichever one is more sensative.

Thanks for the help. Also riptides vids on youtube would be nice(I only have a Wii)

Thanks! I still dont know the arcade panel thickness but I think I'll go with 1/2'' lexan.

1/4" should be fine, but if you want to go with 1/2", go for it.
