I know this should go in the adapter sticky but its been a while since I posted my problem there and I dont think that people actually look at the stickys much anymore.

so here's my problem (ill delete this thread as soon as I get my problem fixed)

I have this pad.

http://www.ddrstation.com/ddrexandpsxo.html

I have this adapter.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000F6BGXY/sr=8-1/qid=1156479647/ref=pd_bbs_1/002-4292708-2471232?ie=UTF8

Here's the problem, I connect PS2 controller to port one, it works, I hook up the pad in port 2, nothing works, (neither port 1 or 2) I'm in the configuration screen/Calibration screen for the controller and I disconnect the pad and instantly port one works again, I try only connecting the pad to port 1 alone and still nothing works, what can I try to do? I just ordered the adapter through the Internet and if my last resort is to send it back, I would like it if someone can post up the best-of-the-best adapter, regardless of how much it costs.

Thanks for any help.
