Well, I actually played Dance Freaks before I played DDR, believe it or not. I only have access to a machine during the summer (it's at an amusement park near my place), but I still enjoy playing it every now and then when I can.

I'll say this: the Dance Freaks version of Cho Lyuon (Final Love) was much cooler than the Pump version.

does anyone know the hardest song?
do all the machines go by star rating?

i believe the hardest ones on ours are 7 stars; afronova, mad blast, etc...

I've been playing Dance Maniax for awhile. I play whenever I see one.. but it has gotten a little boring... seeing as I play Kick the Can, Mad Blast, Happy Hopper in a row.. then get the Extra stage and beat that too.. each time... usually without a miss on anything. (x2 on)

haha..

The only thing I have trouble with is playing doubles perfectly. :\

I used to love playing DMX, love the licenses, i remember always hitting myself with thouse beam things, i used to get pretty purple bruises on my hands xD!

Marathon mode is the best, really tests your ability
