bar mod?

does anyone have a good idea on how to make a good bar that will stay in place on a red octain after burner pad. im getting pissed off not haveing a bar

Perhaps making a base mod and drilling an iron bar onto the base would be a better idea than drilling it into the actual pad itself. Until then you could always use a sturdy chair, a window-ledge or a something like that.

What DC said, and face south if possible.
I find that my pads slide North no matter where I am.
But it could just be that the whole damned town is on a slight grade; it IS an earthquake zone.
