Hey guys, I just wanted to bring up this bug I (unfortunately) discovered.
I think I found a fix for it, too.

Here's what happened step by step:
-Kiba made a poll on this thread. It looks like this:
The Poll wrote:
Who's the better DJ?
-Danceatron
-Estoy Usando El Internet
-I edited the first post's title and the poll disappeared.
-Kiba went in to re-make the poll, and it comes out like this:
The Poll wrote:
Who's the better DJ?
-Danceatron
-Danceatron
-Estoy Usando El Internet
-Estoy Usando El Internet

-Kiba tries to edit the poll, and instead of removing options, it adds them again:
The Poll wrote:
Who's the better DJ?
-Danceatron
-Danceatron
-Danceatron
-Estoy Usando El Internet
-Estoy Usando El Internet
-Estoy Usando El Internet

-Junior Asparagus was eventually able to just edit it, delete it, and just make a new one.
This fixed it.

I believe I've found a fix for the code here.
(Not 100% sure if it will work, as I don't know which version we're using)



For now, the moral of the story is:
Don't edit the first post of a thread if it has a poll on it.

There was only one trivial change that had to be made, and I really don't see why it would have such an effect as this. Who knows though, I may be missing something. So uhh... I'm working on it.

I've been trying to reproduce this, in your poll and others. No dice.

Let's take this step by step, just to make sure I am doing the same thing.

1) View the first page of the thread.
2) Click the edit button in the first post.
3) The Poll, IS PRESENT, yes? Edit the post/title, let it redirect you back to viewing the post.
4) Poll is, at this point, missing?
5) Edit again, and it still isn't there? Add in the options and when you view the post again, you have 2x the poll options?

Is that all correct?

That's strange that you can't get it to happen again. I PMed MSD after this happened, and he said he'd seen it happen before, I don't know if he knows what causes it though.

This part I'm not 100% sure. I don't know if Kiba edited the poll, or tried to make a new one (since it was invisible). Whatever it was he did at this point ended up with the 2x poll options.
All I know is that I didn't edit the post itself at all at this point.
