Ok, so last night I'm playing Max 300 on stepmania, I have a perfect combo, and at around 360 combo I get a great. Guess what I also get.......a freaking toastie. I screamed, I was like WTFOMFGHAXBBQ and jumped out of my chair. It was scary as hell, but I got over it, and made sure I got a great at the beginning of every song. Well, this is my problem, was playing Quasar, got a great in the beginning so I felt safe. I got all excellents/fantastics for the first run, and was at the end of the second with a perfect run when all of sudden "TOASTIE!!!!" blink.gif I screamed again, how do I disable that retard.....so freaking annoying devil.gif , and I was about to finish 2nd run, with a FC, and only 17 greats. frust.gif

Look for "Easter Eggs" in the options and turn it off. I think it's under Gameplay.

God damn, is that what that was? I was AAA'ing So Deep on Heavy, and then some mysterious figure pops out of nowhere and yelled out something which I thought was "testings". I got startled and end up getting a good. That was some major bullsh*t; that son of a b*tch pisses me off.

Dark has a point. I've seen a lot of scary movies, and this is like on par with the scary car commercial in scariness. What really freaks you out is that your so concentrated on the screen. If you have seen that car commercial where the zombie pops out the you'll know what I mean, damn that car commerical was scary....... disturb.gif

Was it actually advertising something?

I'd certainly hope not as the company would be pretty bad at making relevant commercials.

No, It was for an energy drink.

I never found it that distracting, the first time I saw it I finished my AAA. Its not as bad as screamers, because it doesn't actually scream. I barely heard it the first time.
