hello people =P

ok, I got the materials :

1) Replacement Arrow Decal Set (Fully Laminated)
2) Replacement Lexan Panels (11" x 11" clear/white)
3) Sheet Metal cut to 10" x 10" for Sheet Metal Mod

From my observation of the arcade machine, Lexan was at the top,
and the decal was pasted permanently under the Lexan itself.
I'm wondering how I should do the same like the arcade, so that
after pasting Lexan and Decals together, I can put the sheet metal under
the arrow, which will complete the arrow modification.

To summarize:
1) Paste Lexan and Decals together (Decal under the Lexan)
2) Sheet Metal Mod on the bottom of the completed Lexan Decal Arrows

#1 is the problem..like, how do you paste together, and look like
the arcade, since one-side of the lexan is not transparent? Thanks.

normally Id recommend putting another piece of lexan under the decal and then the metal but since lexan cost alot you can just buy anything to hold it down like an acrylic or something.

1 question, Ive never figureed how the metal thing works

if you screw everything in the board nothing will move?

I think what you have to do is either get the decals custom-made so that you can stick them onto the bottom of the panel (like a permanent sticker) or you get it printed on. If you have a simple 1 or 2 colour design with no shading effects, the latter is easier, but if you want them like the arcade, you'll have to go with the former.

Hope that helps.
