I want to buy a Flux soon and I want to know some things.

Will it work on the 360?
Whats a good PS2 -> Xbox and USB converter, that wont reduce reaction time?

These are the last two things I need to know before I buy one, thanks a lot.

No and I don't think there is one, though I'm problably wrong. And if you can, one of the older versions, I hear the new ones are crap.
