Well, all you need is 5...
Ok.. on most ps2 controllers, there will be 4 visible solderign leads. Look at where the button pusher things are at, below it will be something that either looks liek # or like [ ]. Look at the brakets or squigles. both are acutally two halfs. find the half that connects to all of them. Thats the ground, or common conection. This will wire up to all 4 arrows. Eaithe rlook for the soldering spot, or scratch off some green stuff (its onl;y paint) and solder to it.
Then, look for the ones on the other half for the squigs or brakets. there will be a small soldering spot to solder to.

there are a few pics in the homebuilt thread im pretty sure
do a search for them
you can use the soft pad main circuit board, and i recommend it!
the wiring is a LOT easier using the soft pad boards instead of the ps2 controllers...trust me _________________
