| I know for a fact that the Southland machine is there, I go to SLC every Monday, and it's still there, yet 2/5 members have approved it to be deleted, and it's still be considered for deletion. |

Just vote it down then, and it will eventually get taken off deletion status. We have no way to know who's voting it down, only who submitted it for delete.
And given that the person who submitted it for delete is Crono, maybe you should talk to him about it.
