Im trying to play stepmania w/ a pad on my pc

I jus bought this http://www.buynshop.com/productinfo/45/VG-PS-USB2X1/ but the pad doesnt respond when i hit 2 buttons at the same time

I already tried the Start + Select + Up thing

I got my driver from http://mayflash.com/pc/pc013/pc013-1.htm, is this the correct one?

Any help would be awesome
