"LIFE DEPLETED" awkwardness...

I dont know if this has been talked about before but Im kind of curious. The other day I was playing itg(console version) and lost on a certain song, and after the words "LIFE DEPLETED" started to move apart a skull with its mouth open appeared inside the blue bar after the words completely moved from the screen. I didnt pay much attention, since I thought it was something that always appeared...but then I never saw it again. Now, I could say "was it just me?" but I know that Im not in that "category" to be seeing things since I never have, and this was clearly there.

Does this only happen on a certain song or marathon?

I think so, after unpacking the disc and looking through the files I saw a little graphic of a skull, and didn't know until just now that it actually appeared in the game. What song was this that you failed?

I understand it shows up when you fail Pandemonium Expert.

The skull appears if you fail Pandemonium on Hard as well. The same thing occurs with VerTexÂ², but the "Â²" shows up instead.

Yeah, it's pretty cool. It happens on both the console and the arcade, and you're not going crazy or seeing things.

It's just a little cool tid bit that RoXoR threw into the game.
