PS>USB adapter question

Hello everyone. I found these two Playstation>USB adapters on Amazon (and yes, I have to buy it on Amazon because I got a certificate for it) but I cannot find any info on them:

Does anyone have either of these? If so, do they work well with dance pads? Thanks.
