It sounds like they're saying "Freestyle Dignity!" in the beginning of the song, but I could be mistaken.

Right, I heard that too, it's just I don't think "Dignity" (the song) exists! I mean I swore they were telling him to freestyle to the song "Dignity," but I don't think there is a song called that...

Pump it up is a whole 'nother ballpark.

This guy has been really good at freestyling for quite a while I understand.

Not the best I've seen, but really good.

The stuff he does ON his feet (called toprocks to those with an actual dance vocabulary as opposed to an arrowsmash vocabulary) wasn't all that tricky.
C-walk, Sunwalk, slides and spins

I can do that, it's the flips and somersaults and handstand that is beyond my balance capabilites.
