| it might work if you have stepmania CVS 3.95 and the Groove 2.2 theme. there's an option for it but i'm not sure if it even works then. |

It works for me with the Groove 2.2 and CVS 3.95
In the Stepmania.ini
MemoryCardOsMountPointP1= (the directory of your USB Drive)
and there is another line farther down that you need to change to
MemoryCards=1
