I would say to maybe ductape them together on the bottom, or if you're playing on carpet, put some velcro on the bottom to hold them in place. E1.gif

Duct or packing tape will work best. I've tried both at different friend's houses and it works great.

duct tape dosnt work for me on doubles. at least on heavy song on 8s and 9s (10s havnt tried yet). ive tried it and it comes right off, but i got carpet, so i might try velcro. thats not a bad idea.

He got smacked for that one.

Here's what to do:

1. Cut a lengthy hole in the bottom/side of your non slip base, pad, whatever
2. Do the same to the opposit side of the other base
3. Insert a fitted piece of plywood, sheet metal, or hard plastic
4. Careful that you don't pierce any important parts of the pad, insert flat nuts and bolts to hold the pads to the new base
5. This makes it much easier to carry the pads out to the can in one trip so you can invest in better ones.
