Stepmania 3.95 CVS? Where?

Alright, I'm getting tired of searching forums and finding no results and google giving me nothing, so here's a topic on such. I have currently Stepmania 3.9 installed. Great and all, but I've decided I actually want rolls on the In The Groove 2 songs to work, along with be a bit more up to date with themes. So I have had no luck in Finding Stepmania 3.95 CVS that supposedly is recommended and exists. There's the new 4.0, but I don't like not having themes other than the default supported or anything else. I just want the reliable 3.95 build. If anyone could point out a download spot for it, I'd greatly appreciate it.

They seriously replaced it with 4.0? Seriously? Last time I checked it was 3.95 CVS. My fault, sorry. :-/

There's the Groove 2.2 theme, ITG noteskins, and a couple of ITG3 simfiles(and more). Enjoy

Yeah, 4.0 is incredibley gay. I might upload 3.95 for you if you can't find it. If you can't, just ask and I'll ysi the EXE or something.
