Hi,
I'm a bit of noob to stepmania, found it about 3 days ago.
Sorry if this is a dim question.... but is there any mode in stepmania like DDR on the xbox, e.g. you can just keep picking songs without having to do the 3-stage thing?
Also, the first couple of days it worked fine with the keyboard. Today I bought a dance mat (logic3 dance dance dance mat ps/2 (keyboard connection not playstation)) got it all setup but now it seems to randomly BSOD on me. I've gone back to how i had it originally (no mat, just keyboard) but I'm still getting BSOD's.... any obvious things I can try? |

Sorry to be vague on the details.
Using Stepmania 3.9 straight off the official site. Using DDRMAX2 theme, and got 909 songs. (mostly all the official konami stuff)
Using Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, all updates and fixes installed.
And the mat doesn't have drivers, it's just basically just very a cut-down keyboard, that plugs into the keyboard ps/2 (purple) socket... the arrows are the arrow keys and enter and esc are labelled and signalled as such. but that's all unplugged now but still seems to be crashing my whole system randomly while playing |
