Any way to turn off corner arrows in Flow?

I just picked up Flow: Urban Dance Uprising today. Seems okay so far but I can't find a way to turn off the corner arrows which makes it a total pain in the buttocks when playing with my CF. Is there even an option to do that in this game? The recent review posted here mentioned nothing about it and I can't find any mention of it in the forums. Anyone know?

Lame. I'm totally surprised by the lack of features in Flow. No controller or speed options. No doubles play either. Arrows are all the same dull color too and are difficult to see.

I actually like some of old-school hip hop music on this game, but not enough to put up with the rest of the crap in it. I took it back to Gamestop the next day and exchanged it for Doom 3 RoE for Xbox.
