Question about Colors + Extra request

Hey hey!

I just a question about the song Colors by Taka.

I noticed there's a "radio Edit" version of the song, Does that mean
that it was an actual single???

If so, was it credited to Taka or Sunny James (Chiyoko)???

And did either one of them ever released an album containing the song??

I was just curious about this thing hehe, hoping anyone will know something about it.

Colors (Radio Edit) was just the name given to the IIDX version of Colors, which was edited down from it's original full length to something that would have been more apt to be on the radio.

It's the same thing with "true... (Radio Edit)". true... wasn't actually released on CD until after DDRMAX's OST came out, in which they released a Kosaka Riyu album, IIRC.

To my knowledge, Colors has never been released on an album other than the DDR Extreme and beatmania IIDX 6th Style OSTs.

And in both those cases, the artist credit was "dj TAKA", and in the lyric booklet it said "Vocals by Chiyoko".

Okay, time for clarification!!!

Colors has been on 4 CDs: beatmania IIDX 6th Style soundtrack, History of IIDX, beatmania IIDX Remix for 10th Style Success, and DDR Extreme OST.

IIDX 6th Style has the (radio edit) version and the full version.
History of IIDX has (radio edit)
Remix for 10th has Colors from Secret Live
DDR Extreme has Colors (For Extreme)
