Broken DDR Mat?

well this may be pretty random, but if anyone can help me;
the wires for my ddr mat 'somehow' managed to 'somewhat' disconnect from their proper places. if anyone here knows the 'wire code' like red, blue, yellow, green etc. please comment this threand
