I have two pads that I should be able to use for the Xbox. One is a Gamestop Dance Pad Pro (usable with PS2 and Xbox) and the other is a RedOctane Ignition 3.0. Currently they both do the same thing: the down arrow on both pads does not work. I have tested it on multiple Xboxes.
I should elaborate: the down arrow does work on both of them on the PS2, just not the Xbox. I also tested the Ignition with its usb cable, and the down arrow does not work there either. I do know that the Ignition did work with the down arrow when I first bought it, but not anymore.
It has been about a month since I bought the Ignition, and I would send it in, but I opened it to place the raised pads back in place. I doubt they would take it back, even if I sewed the side shut again.
Has anyone else experienced this down arrow problem only on the Xbox connection?
Thanks! |

My Ignition's down arrow is messed up too. I noticed a little tear in the white plastic between the foam and the sensors, right at the top of it.
Taping up the foam insert seemed to help it a bit, but it just got back to malfunctioning in no time. |
