I'd like to see what the "inside" of a soft pad looks like, does anybody have a pic of one cut open, that shows all the wires and connections?

so you just want the circuit board?...or the inside sensors of the pad?

the inside senors and wiring in the actual pad (not the circuit board)

Just wondering how it all works. I'm planing on making a hard pad, and I'm just trying to collected info.

oh, ok...

heres a link to my DDR Cabinet that is a WIP...

i have some pics on that site...but im not sure exactly of the name
i think its /ddr/ddrpad.html but im not sure riiight.gif

and i can get more pics when i redo my pad with different sensors (i wouldnt build yours exactly the same as mine anyway)

Nice cab. Do you have any nearly exact measurements/blueprints? I just got my dumpster-doven computer to correctly run SM and I would like to put it in an authentic looking cabinent...

nope, but i can get some if you really want (its not exactly authentic, but its good enough for me E4.gif)

i just made it with spare wood i had mainly (and i had an old comp that i just used...)

wow, how did you make the background have a black merman saying "only you"? Is that supposed to be Captain Jack??? that's crazy.
It also says "Fall off" on the radar thingy on Paranoia KCET, what gives? some weird stepmania modification?

good news, i just got the svideo to composite adapter, and the USB adapter, hopefully it works

all i need now is the video card E1.gif


im going to get some pics of the soft pad soon (man this thread got jacked)

where and how much was the svideo to composite adapter? I need one... btw, if i had a camera, id have a couple pics of the inside of the softpad on the table next to me...

ya, the adapter was kinda hard to find...it cost $3.50 (not too bad)

still gotta get those pics riiight.gif sorry its taking so long
