Now that I am building a DDR metal pad I thought maby I should try to build a PIU pad next. But I don't know what size that arows are so... my questions are:
1. What sizes are the up-left, up-right, down-left, down-right, and center buttons?
2. And is there a place online where I can download the arow graphics for PIU?
Thanks

i do not know the size of the buttons nor do i know of any graphics.

however...

i know a Cobalt Flux can be used for PIU. so i suspect that the squares for a dance pad's buttons would be the same size as PIU, and even if they aren't, they must be fairly close.

Remember that PIU arrows are offset so that they overlap the centre on the sides... As far as dimensions go, this should give you a good idea of what size the pad is at least... perhaps you could work it out from there? Unfortunately I don't go to my local PIU ever as its a bit of a walk through my city and its only a PREX, so its not really worth it. I'm sure someone could measure for you...

diagonal arrows are 13.25 inch's down and 11 across

the bar is 37 inch's tall and 21 inch's wide

So, are the metal panels between the up-left and up-right and down-left and down-right the same as the ones between the up-left and down-left and up-right and down-right?
