Hi everyone. The Vortz pad I just bought functioned just fine until yesterday. Now, the down arrow seems to only respond to me putting nearly my full weight on it. What I would like is for you all to share your experiences/advice with fixing these Vortz metal pads.
My main concern is the black nonslip stuff that's on the bottom. Since no screws or fasteners of any sort are visible on the top or edges of the pad, I can only assume that to get into the pad's "guts", I'll have to go through the bottom, which unfortunately will make it necessary to remove the black stuff. I don't see a way to do this without pretty much ruining the nonslip stuff. Just a thought, I guess, because if fixing it meant I had to ruin the black stuff, that'd be fine with me.
Thanks for your time, everyone |
