Hey, back again, after sooo long, and i'm in the market again.
I'm really trying to limit myself to under $200 so here's the deal.
First in 2003 i bought a redoctane ignition 1.0 pad, when i had a ps2, worked ok, but crapped out after 5 months.
Then i ordered 2 "ignition" pads of ebay for like $60, which had decent foam, but the pads did not work on my xbox.
Now, after a year of not playing, i'm feelin the need again, and i'm stuck between either the
TX4000 for $180 w/shipping
The Afterburner for $230 w/ shipping (really not trying to go this high)
The Redoctane 3.0 Ignition soft pad from their website for $84.
The Ebay "ignition" pads $varied.
All for use on the xbox w/ stepmania etc...
Granted, i really don't want to spend a LOT, broke college student here, and yes, i would love a cobalt flux, but i just can't go that far.
Any recommendations??? |

Best Buy carries RO 3.0 pads for 79.99 in store so if you get one of those you can just pick one up in person. I bought one and it's ok, the USB and Xbox connections are a nice touch, but otherwise it's not much if at all better than the 2.0. |
