Upon time that Roxor and/or Konami releases an official statement regarding legalities, trademark infringement (or lack thereof), patent violation (or lack thereof), or any other topic related to legalities, or upon such time a lawsuit is filed, it is not to be discussed here.

Questions regarding legalities should be addressed directly to the appropriate representives at Konami or Roxor Games, not debated here. It's been done to death already and has accomplished absolutely nothing.

Obviously we are making an exception for this. Not that you guys have any business debating said legalities...but whatever.
