DD:Recall, can't sign up

I know there was already a thread about this a couple months ago, but what solved that person's problem didn't work for me.

I can't sign up for DD:Recall because, no matter how many times I try it, the confirmation (access) code is always wrong. What's worse is, this has also happened to me on a number of other sites that ask for a confirmation code upon registry. I've tried it using IE and Firefox.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?
