OK, not sure what happened, but I was playing ITG on my metal pad, with Slippers on, and I unlicked somtehing. This was NO ORDINARY unlock. I was playing Mellow, 3 stage, Life Diff. 4, and went through Medium, Easy then Hard. I UNLOCKED A SPECIAL CREDITS SCREEN!! I have never seen it before, I used the unlock all code a LONG time ago, and now I see it. My scores respectively were *, *, S+ (Real close *). I turn the PS2 off, Play "Land" and did the same thing, suckier scores, and still got it. Any clues on how I got it and has anyone else gotten it? This may also be on the Arcade version.

That's on all of the ITG games, AFAIK. If you average an S+ (or maybe it's a star) rating for your entire set, you get the special ending.

Fun fact 1: In the main menu, press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right (a completely original code biggrin.gif ) in order to get that ending regardless of how well you do.

Fun fact 2: The original version of Summer is the song that plays for ITG1 PS2's special credits. The regular music plays on ITG2 arcade.

im pretty sure all you have to do is full combo ur last song

and i was guna say the same thing about summer

◀Sir 0rion▶is correct. You get that credits roll if you get an S+ or better on all your songs, which is... a 94% or better, I believe? *Looks through screenshots.* Hmm... S, S, S, S-, dammit, do I suck that bad that I don't have a picture of an S+?! =P Oh, here we go. Yeah, looks like an S+ is 94%-95.99%.

Actually I believe it is a full combo. May I request that until verification of one method is proven we don't get it locked?

All the websites I checked say full combo your last song, I only get it when I full combo my last song (or use the force unlock), so that seems like the logical guess to me.

I know for a fact it isn't FC on PS2, because I can't FC Mellow for crap. It must be S+, because you usually get an S+ or * with a Full Combo, or better if you're better than me.

Yeah, it's weird. I always hit 2 Way Offs, even on the controller. MaxX and TLoM took me about 7 trys each, resetting at every good, and I finally had them. MaxX still wasn't a FC, even though it was AA (Max 2 Home). TLoM was harder because required FC, which took forever due to the 1/4up.gif 1/8left.gif 1/8left.gif 1/4up.gif Jump left.gif right.gif Jump down.gif right.gif part. Mellow always gives me 2 Way Offs. I have three new high scores on Mellow since my Controller FC, which was pretty lucky. So I don't know what my deal with Mellow is.

Look, this is not BS. Mellow gives me a hard time. If I played it several times in a row (not possible FC now with a busted metal pad disgust.gif ), I would probably FC it. I played TLoM several times in a row before I FC'ed, as well as MaxX and a AA. If you want pics of my AA's, then tell me. I'll take pics of my songwheels. If you want pics of the stas screen, I don't think TLoM will be very easy to do again. MaxX may take a few tries. With a busted down arrow though, it will be a while before I can get stats pics.

Just ignore it. You'll notice none of his scores are arcade scores, so they're all worthless anyway; he's now just a small piece of an ongoing joke for me now.

Go to an arcade..AA the song and bring back pictures. If you can AA any 8 footer on DDR you can full combo mellow. You must be retarded or something. And you considered yourself one of the good players in Nebraska.

As for Brazoliange, get them to clean the right pad on the Max 2 at FFC, and I'll try to make it down there sometime. I'll try to get pics of Max 300, Sakura and MaxX Unlimited, but expect a definite Miss or 3 on TLoM.

I can't. Holidays. I might not even get down there for a few months due to transportation. Max2 is the one with the better grading system. I don't really understand Extreme's. I'll try to get pics after Xmas sometime, but prolly not until next year.

max2 has the more lenient lifebar on extra stage
