When I took out my foam inserts in my pad, I noticed the the plastic separating the foam and the sensor ripped. I know someonw will ask for a picture, so heres one.

I really dont know what to do.

I'd say throw it away, unless it still works in a perfectly normal condition (no phantom steps, unresponsive sensors, etc.). If that's the case, just duct tape your rips and continue to use it (also, keep the foam inserts out, becuase it will result with more rips). If not, throw it away because it is pointless to keep a pad that doesn't work properly.

Btw, you're probably better off having a cheap, modded dance pad (Official itg dance pad). So basically, don't waste your money on ignition pads.
