Im planning on buying ITG for the ps2 and i was wondering if it suffered from the same problem with the timing window as the home version of DDR did. (sorry if there was alrdy a topic about this) _________________

There is an extremely small change to the timing window, so small that you won't be able to notice it. |

Evidence please. My understanding is that there was no change to the size of the respective windows at all. _________________

I believe they made it slightly bigger in account to the responce time from home pads being different than arcade. _________________

From what I've read, there's been no change to the timing window. And didn't the game's producer say that himself in a questionnaire?

I remember reading about both, but if I remember correctly the more recent report was that they made it ever so slightly wider. But nowhere near as large of a widening as the DDR games went through.. |

If I remember correctly, the timing windows were increased by 2ms each (JudgeAddSeconds=0.02) _________________

So basically they add 2ms to each of the timing windows.
Fantastic increased from 21.5ms to 23.5ms.
Excellent increased from 43ms to 45ms.
Great increased from 102ms to 104ms.
If I'm understanding this correctly. |
