Soft pad cleaning

hey i just found out not to put a good 1st party mat on particle board...thats dirty. the nonslip bottom doenst work as good as it used to and i think the bottom might have a little bit of dust on it. should i use a damp cloth and wipe the bottom? i didnt do that yet because i think ill make the nonslip bottom have less grip. so wiping the bottom of a non-slip dance pad wont make it slip around while playing?

Uh... I do believe this belongs in the Konami Softpad Mk. II Thread, but because there is no picture of the pad itself, I suppose I can understand your mistake.

I'm pretty sure that the adhesive quality of the pad is a property of the plastic used, and not some kind of adhesive. I would definitely take a wet rag to it to get the dust off.
