Today while picking up games at the Toy's R Us "Buy 2 get 1 free" sale, I saw a new metal pad from Intec. It was selling for $99.99, came in a grey carboard box with a handle, and had a red and grey design. The control box seemed to be built into the handle at the top of the pad. The box was quite large, and the pad came preassembled. They had two of them leaning against the wall.

This was the first time I have seen a metal pad in a store, and I hadn't heard it mentioned here, so I figured I post here and see if anyone knows anything about it. I checked the Intec website but it wasn't listed yet.

I agree, intec does suck. I broke a soft pad playing on light. I didn't even know that was possible. laugh.gif

I got a better look at it today. The top of the box was opened, so I got a bit more info on how it's put together.

The back seems to be foam rubber, so the pad doesn't slide around on the floor. The top of the pad is one solid sheet of plastic/plexiglass, rather than just the arrows. So that is why it comes preassembled. The metal is around the edges and the handle. On the handle is where the two small start and select buttons are. It says it comes with cables for PS2 and Xbox.

As you request!

Here is the Intec Metal pad Picture!

Do not buy it People! it is crappy, but cheaper than anyother metal pad.!

I have been using BNS Metal pad and MYMYBOX metal pad for over 2 years. This pad is better than MMYBOX MT6 METAL PAD. it is not heavy!
Easy to carry, but box size is big! hard to carry around unless you have shopping cart!

Here is the Intec Metal pad Box!
As many of you request! E1.gif

I am back to play DDR and Pump It UP. E13.gif
