Tell about a time when DDR was a ripoff because of the pad.I'll start off.I was at the MN Mall of America, at Camp Snoopy, DDR 3rd mix had the crappiest pads EVER.U had to stomp like hell to get a 15 combo.OMG that ticked me off!!!

-all 3rd party flat soft pads(NOT including the BNS NX and RO Official ITG Pad)
-all 3rd party ignition knock-offs(NOT including the BNS DX)
-TX-1000
-TX-2000
-TX-3000
-TX-5000
-Hard Plastic Mats
-Redoctane Ignition Pads
-Innex Metal Dance Pad
-any TX-(number here except 4000 and 6000) clone is crappy(except the BNS Fusion)

from what i have read the redoctane afterburner doesn't seem that great either. And cf's i still think are good due to enough customer feedback and ppl still using them after two years

Namco Arcades tend to have crap pads, there are exceptions though, just not enough exceptions.

why are we talking about arcade pads here?

there is a thread about thin pads and how they suck, claims cutriss.

really though, the thin pads suck like the game stop ones, cuz they only last a week on heavy, and about a month on light/standard.
plus your feet get really tired and you can't find the sensors.
