regular shipping time

hey everyone i order two colbalt flux ddr pads on the 21st through shop4tech.com and they still havent come yet, i'm wondering if this is normal, and If anyone has any past experiences with this company that arent satisfactory, twould be much ablidged if you could help me out here.

this really isnt about controllers is it? its about shipping,and the reputation of a company, and i want to know how long it takes to ship, not something about the controllers, so i'd assume it would go to ddr chit chat instead of something about the actual controller.
