Broken Pad

I have a metal arcade pad with plexiglass arrows, my arrows are starting to crack and break after about 3 or 4 months. When you start playing for a bit, the broken pieces will get pushed down and stuck on the sensor, so it thinks im just laying on the arrow. I need to replace these arrows, but i dont know where to buy new ones (i live in canada) and i dont know how to re install them either because the arrows are hooked up to wires, and i dont wanna rip them out.

can someone help me out?

What model of pad is it? There are several metal pads with plexiglass arrows. Might get more accurate help if you stated exactly which type of pad it was. (Or look to see if the pad's in the "START HERE" thread at the top of the forum.)
