If you haven't played the game, it's here.

Fun or crap? Let's look at both sides of the equation.
Pros wrote:
  • Has realtime multiplayer
  • No download required
  • Pretty good song selection

Cons wrote:
  • Still a beta, so kinda buggy and not all mods work yet
  • Many songs have no different-colored arrows, as if the Flat mod were on
  • Some songs' arrows aren't in time with music

Opinions?

A little bit of both. Fun when it's your only option, crap when you can just play SM. All in all a very good idea, but limited simply by the fact that it's flash based.

Id say that its decent at best, at least after i got stepmania... before when i never heard of SM but played FFR i thought it was pretty cool, but now that i have SM i dont think it really compares

FFR's great, just...wont work on my computer heh...

When I click on a song genre, it just wont enter the menu, it just stays there and I cant click it again.

I can click elsewhere, but I still cant get into the song menu.

It was working a while ago...

I tried reinstalling Flash, using a different account, empty temp internet files etc. but nothing worked.

Anyway yeah FFr is good, but They need to redo EVERY SONG in R2.

Then they will rock.

You are really stupid. Last time I checked, the majority of SM players and such are KEYBOARD players, not pad players.

ninjas how do you figure that?

just think, the way people find out about stepmania, is through playing ddr (most of the time) you cant play ddr on keyboard... so uhh basically everyone who plays stepmania started because what they enjoyed doing on a pad...

Because, believe it or not, MOST people don't go through the trouble of buying an adaptor. Most people hear of SM because of DDR, and start playing DDR officials on keyboard, and then eventually get better and start playing keyboard files, etc.

Did I say I'm not a half keyboard player?
I pass most stuff on keyboard megapack.. even though I think playing on the keyboard is retarded. Hes asking of an opinion.. I gave mine, don't like it? Ignore it... Its not like i'm an important person unto which all the answers are correct when they come out of my mouth... or fingers in this case.

I tend to do it when im really really really really reaaaaaaallly bored and theres nothing else to be stupid on.

But I wouldn't pay 1 cent for a game like FFR or A keyboard stepmania mix.

But remember, my opinion doesn't honestly matter.. so don't get your panties in a bunch.
---------------------------------------------
Ok heres an opinion you'd rather hear:

FFR:
Music is awesome.
Steps are well thought out for people who actually enjoy keyboarding.
there.

I'm getting better at "Legend of Zelda" under Arcade. I suck at the bonus yoshi stage though.

I personally like "Libertine," "Fette's Vette," and "Secret Zombie Room." "neoMAX" is nice too.

Fetts Vette owns you. If anything, that would be the sole reason that I would play FFR for.
