Got my first KO Beatmania controller - what mods to do?

Like the subject says - I just ordered my first IIDX controller, and I know that there are some popular mods such as inserting magnets/cardboard discs under the keys, wax paper between the discs of the turntable, that kind of thing.

What are the most widely used methods of making the keys not stick and keeping things running smoothly?

Slipmat mod is something that is just amazing in my opinion. Instead of using cardboard/glue, I used 3M double sided tape. It works the same, but after time it will become compressed, but its not hard to replace.

Your probibly going to have to wait for Bemanistyle to return to get all of the mods.
