Problem

on my hardpad 1 of my arrows is stuck, what do I do to fix that? An arrow on my softpad is stuck too, lol , i need to fix that too.

can u define the problem further? because if the same problem is happening for both then it could be the control box if you are using the same one for both. if you are not then switch the boxes and see if that is the problem. if these are not the problems the soft pad is almost impossable to fix due to the sensors being built into the structure of the fabric. about the hard pad i am not educated in that area but i would contact the manufacturer and ask what you can do to fix it if your warentee (if any) has been long lost. further then that please define your hard pads prblem and takes some pictures.

ok, on my hard pad, the left arrow is always on, like at song select, it just keeps goin thorugh the songs when im not even on the thing. I cant replace it or anything because it been 30 days and it wont let me return it after 30 days

What brand is the hardpad?
It may just need a good cleaning.

Man, I am sorry to say, but those kinds of pads stink, bad. My friend has the same kind, and the arrows are always messing up, the wires need to be soddered, and the arrows always arch.
