i recentley ordered a DDR METAL PAD MULTI ADAPTER off of www.gameasylum.com

it has a ps2, xbox and usb adapter on it

can any1 tell me how to use it with stepmania?

plug the usb into your usb port, go into options/keyconfig and set up the pad arrows as up down left and right accordingly.
