DDRecall broken?

I want to start a DDRecall account but I can't seem to do so--in the registration screen, the confirmation code field doesn't seem to have any image near it with a confirmation code in it. I've viewed the page in Firefox and IE, and sometimes in the latter I can see a small box with a red x in it, but there's never an actual image. All of these means that I can't have an account, which is annoying--can anyone tell me how to fix this?

did you ever had the idea of asking them?

please, keep the questions for other sites on their own sites... most probably they'll know better how to handle with your difficulties
