more thought out response: get her to like it by watching really talented players play (that gets people hooked pretty quickly in my experience, at least it worked for me) and help her to learn to play, or at least talk it through to the point where she'll at least put up with it.

Well just because she doesn't like DDR doesn't mean you should break up with her. But if she doesn't like DDR trying to get her to like it might make your relationship worse. Just deal with it and only play when she is around. If she TELLS you to stop playing even when she isn't around, break up with her. Because if she is TELLING you to do stuff then she obviously isn't right for you.
