Because they either are really bad @ it, tried it but got shown up by someon better or they just dont like it(some people say they just dont like it because they cant think of a reason and they want to be different).

Because not everyone has the same likeing as the next person.

People may not like it because they think it's lame, a waste of time and/or a childish game that doesn't teach you anything and make you look stupid ::deep breath::

Why do some people hate DDR?

i think that some people dont like DDR because...

1)They think it is stupid(stepping on arrows to the beat of a song doesn't seem appealing to them)
2)They have tried it a few times and weren't good at first so they gave up
3)They think a dancing game is for losers
4)They got badly embarassed when trying it once in an arcade and are too scared to play again
5)They have never tried DDR
6)Their friends think it is stupid and they want to just go with the crowd and believe what others believe

I don't think people here would know the answer other than theorizing. The lot of us like DDR, it would be awfully ironic to have a poster hate the game unless the poster was here to make trouble.
