Okay, so I downloaded a pack which contained everything I needed to play all the songs from in the groove 1, except for mp3s. I download mp3s until I got to Da roots. When I loaded up my game, the only song I got was the song that came with an mp3. I got the same type of mp3s, but why isn't it working?

Open up the SM/DWI files in notepad and look to see if there's a line that looks like
#FILE:songtitle.mp3;
(DWI files display it as #FILE; SM files display it as #MUSIC)
(It should be pretty close to the top, line 4 or so)
If there is and your MP3 doens't have the same file, it won't work. Either rename the MP3, or just delete the #FILE/MUSIC line. |
