I have 2 themes: ITG and SM. ITG, of corse, uses percentage scoring. Is there any way to use percentage scoring for just my ITG skin and use regular scoring for my SM skin?

Install a second copy of SM, point the song folders at the ones you use in SM, and use SM scoring on one and ITG scoring on the other.
